RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Reporting Specialist are responsible for providing detailed transaction support, and the day-to-day communications necessary to ensure effective and efficient operations, accurate timely billing detail and contractual compliance in a managed services model. They work closely with Geography based teams (CMC, Finance, WW LS), the LS Field team, the WW Practices Team. They are responsible for following the WW Standard Practices for Asset Management/ARMS, Consumable Management, Warranty Entitlement, Order Management and all Billing Details documents.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Reporting Specialist may be responsible for any of the following operations: Asset Management, System Administration, Order Managemenrt, Billing Management and Reporting for a set of LS customers.

• Complete customer and supplier setups on required Lexmark systems (JDE, ARMs, LS Portal, CMS, TREC)

• Actively manage customer assets in the ARMS system (Installs, SWAPs, removals, contract rate changes, contract extensions)

• Actively manage customer consumables orders and returns in the CMS system

• Generate billing details for monthly/quarterly invoice generations

• Generate toner reconciliation calculations and files to enable customer invoicing

• Generate quarterly operations reporting packages for presentation to the customer

• Adheres to the documented processes for MPS operations. Identifies and escalate process gaps and opportunities for improvement


• Ensures that contractual compliance is maintained in all day to day operations

• Provides monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics information and analysis




• Recommends and implements operations techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, cut costs, take advantage of opportunities, and maintain state-of-the-art practices in all aspects of the operations.



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Investigate and resolve operational issues




REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong analytical skills, significant Excel experience

• Experience with distribution, logistics and order management processes

• A minimum of 2 years operational and/or field experience


• Experience with the delivery of operations through the use of technology solutions

• Experience with transactional operations execution to defined service level agreements and quality

• Good understanding of ISO 9000, quality management, business practice development, Project Planning tools, and basic financial concepts

• Strong focus on the customer and the operational aspects of the business

• Sound administrative skills.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

• Responsible to GOC Manager. Accountable to Director, Operations for operations solutions and business case approval


EDUCATION:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, Accounting/Finance or equivalent
